How much can a new bathroom cost?
Every project, design and install differs. We always sit with the customer once a plan has been drawn up. We will discuss everything with you at this point – This will cover quotes, time scales and anything associated with the installation. Your bathroom suite will be moulded to the style and budget that suits you best.

Do you offer a design and site survey service?
Yes, we offer a free 4D design which can be carried out either in our Urmston showroom or via a site visit to measure up and assess the job. We also offer advice and bespoke product sourcing. We create designs to suite every taste with your budget in mind.
Do I need planning permission to install a new bathroom?
As with re-fitting kitchens, there’s normally no need for planning permission unless the building is listed. Building Regulations are only likely to apply where you decide to add a new bathroom, for example in a former bedroom or storage area.
Can I add a bathroom anywhere in the house?
The short answer is yes, you can install a bathroom almost anywhere that you can afford it. However, this will largely depend on your plumbing and electrical setup and what style of bathroom you want.
What trades do I need to fit my new bathroom?
There are several trades involved in bathroom fitting — a builder, a tiler, an electrician, and a plumber. You might also need a plasterer or decorator. Some builders can carry out all the work required in the fitting of a bathroom. Our approved installers have a full installation team in place and offer a full installation package.
Does adding a bathroom add value to my house?
According to Opendoor’s data, adding a full bathroom can increase the median home value by 5.7% on average, which is an average increase of about £12,638. We define adding a full bathroom as converting existing space to include a bath, shower, sink, and toilet.
How long does it take complete my install?
While on average it takes around 7 – 10 days for a bathroom to be installed, this is going to differ depending on the overall size. Our approved installers will offer a date of installation, fee and timescale to complete the work on all house visits.
Do you offer delivery of my bathroom?
We offer free deliver on all orders over £399 within a 10 mile radius of our postcode M41 9AB. If further than 10 miles the delivery charges will apply.
Do I need an appointment to visit the showroom?
You can call in and see us anytime for a browse and a chat. If you would like to utilise our 4D design service, it is by appointment only
Can I use my own installer?
Absolutely, we are happy to offer supply only or supply and design only
Do you offer Finance?
No we don’t offer finance.
Do your products come with guarantees?
All of our products come with various guarantees, anything from 2- 12 years.
